SOFTWARE DEMO BREAKFAST $2,250

  • Premier opportunity to showcase your product/service to convention attendees.
  • Each of three sponsors will have 20 minutes to present during breakfast in a private room on Friday Morning.

Exhibit Only Information

Exhibitor Booth Rates:

  • HHAC Members – $1,200 (8′ x 10′)
  • Non-members – $1,500 (8′ x 10′)

Benefits of an exhibit include:

  • Exhibit booth space – one 6’ table skirted, two chairs, sign, back and side drape
  • Two (2) registrations for the Conference
  • Listing as an exhibitor in the conference program
  • Attendee list (name/company/mailing address) included in registration packet at conference
  • Listed on the Sponsor/Exhibitor page of the Association’s website

Additional booth personnel:

  • Member company: $300
  • Non-member company: $400

*All exhibit fees will increase by $200 after April 1, 2023.


Marketing Collateral

As an additional opportunity, your brochure, pamphlet, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet. A fee of $250 is charged for participation in this distribution program. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The vendor must ship the inserts directly to the office. Inserts must arrive at the office no later than Wednesday, April 26th. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these pieces. Unused materials will not be returned.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado, PO Box 3406, Englewood, CO 80155, email info@homecarehospicecolorado.org . A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded as follows:

On or After April 2, 2023No Refunds and the Conference Reserves the right to resell the space

If an exhibitor fails to pay when due any sum required by the Contract, or fails to perform any other term or condition of the Contract, or fails to observe and abide by these guidelines, HHAC reserves the right to terminate the Contract immediately without refund of any monies paid.

If space is sold out, a waiting list will be developed in the order of requests received.
