2021 Deadlines & Information
Please submit PowerPoint presentation to Nerissa Magnuson at email@example.com by Monday, October 4.
Presentations will be pre-loaded onto a laptop that will be set-up onsite in advance of your session. Please do not plan to access the internet to show web content during your presentation. Please download all web content to your presentation file for guaranteed access and presentation. It is recommended to bring a flash drive of your presentation as back-up.
We do not print handouts for attendees. All PowerPoint presentations will be converted to PDF and uploaded on the Attendee Resource Page on the HHAC Conference Website. If you do not want us to provide your presentation to attendees, you must let us know. Attendees will be instructed to print their handouts and bring with them to the conference.
For the attendees to have adequate time to visit the resource page prior to the conference all handouts will be due to the Management Office by: Monday, October 4.
NOTE: Any handouts received after the deadline date are not guaranteed to be on the Resource Page prior to the conference and will not be printed by Association Office.
Audio Visual Requirements
HHAC will arrange for Presenters to have use of standard audio-visual equipment to include podium, screen, LCD projector, slide advancers, and computers with presentations preloaded.
A microphone may be provided depending on the room capacity.
(In the event that additional AV equipment is needed, please notify the Management Office for additional requests. If you have videos or sound within your presentation you will need to request speakers or provide your own.)
