This annual event offers continuing education, practice information, and legislative updates for HHAC members and other Home Care, Home Health and Hospice professionals in the Rocky Mountain region. Education sessions are designed to be applicable to all sectors and levels of the profession and will provide the latest techniques and trends as well as basic skills.

The purchase of an agency registration for $999/members or $1998/non-members includes THREE full conference in-person registrations AND full access to all recorded content after the conference for an unlimited number of employees.
If you would like additional employees to attend the full conference in-person, you may purchase additional registrations for $333 each/member or $666 each/non-member.

Attendees can receive up to 12 hours of credit during the conference towards their state licensing requirement.
HHAC is working closely with the Keystone Conference center and local health authorities as we monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Starting September 7th, the Keystone Lodge & Spa and Keystone Conference Center will be implementing a mask mandate for public indoor spaces and has not issued guidance about social distancing. As a result, we are: (1) requiring masks or face coverings that comply with government guidelines and mandates in our meeting spaces as well as all public hotel spaces; (2) keeping the desire for social distancing in mind as we consider room layouts; (3) continuing to stay in close touch with the hotel since this is such a dynamic situation . All decisions that we make are done so with the safety and health of our members and conference attendees as our top priority. As the situation related to COVID-19 changes, we will work in concert with hotel and local government officials to make decisions that will keep everyone safe. We will update the website and send email updates as we receive any new information.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to HHAC. Refund requests received by Monday, September 13 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from September 14 through October 4 will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after October 4 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged. By attending this conference, permission and license is given to publish, reproduce, tape, print, distribute, and/or otherwise use my name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recordings.
