HHAC is Going Virtual This Year!

This annual event offers continuing education, practice information, and legislative updates for HHAC members and other Home Care, Home Health and Hospice professionals in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond with the virtual format. Education sessions are designed to be applicable to all sectors and levels of the profession and will provide the latest techniques and trends as well as basic skills.

Online registration closes on Friday, October 9, 2020.


RATES:

Registration after October 9th, registration rates will increase by $30.00.

AGENCY PRICING AND PROCESS:

To register your agency please purchase the agency package by clicking the “agency registration” button above or below. Once you purchase the package you will receive an instructional email with a discount code, within 48 hours, to distribute to your employees to register as an individual within your agency. Anyone registering with your code must register with an agency email address to qualify for the agency pricing.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Attendees can receive 12+ hours for the full conference towards their state licensing requirement.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to HHAC. Refund requests received by Monday, September 14 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from September 15 through October 9th will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after October 10th or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.

By attending this conference, permission and license is given to publish, reproduce, tape, print, distribute, and/or otherwise use my name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recordings.
