2020 Conference Postponement

Due to the increasing health concerns and escalating developments that have occurred over the last several months regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including the state of emergency in several states, theHHAC Board of Directors has decided that the 2020 Rocky Mountain Home Care, Home Health & Hospice Conference will be held VIRTUALLY on October 15-16, 2020

As the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado, we adhere to the facts involved, including following precautionary measures issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As difficult as this decision is, the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors presenters, volunteers, and staff remain our top priority.

We want to thank everyone—HHAC members, registered attendees, exhibitors and sponsors, session presenters, featured speakers, volunteers, and partners—for your patience over the last few weeks as we monitored the situation and tried to make the most informed decision in the interest of all members of our HHAC family.

The 2020 conference will be attended virtually by hundreds of provider agencies in Colorado, Wyoming and adjacent states. An accompanying virtual trade show will include interactive demonstrations from vendors from around the nation.

REGISTRATION FOR OCTOBER COMING SOON!

TRANSFERRING OR CANCELLING REGISTRATION FROM MAY:

  1. Transfer of registration to the Fall Dates of October 15-16, 2020 – We will automatically transfer all registrations for attendees to the new dates
  2. Cancellation of registration – If you would like to cancel your registration you may email info@homecarehospicecolorado.org and we will be giving full refunds to those that request it
  3. If you are not able to attend the fall dates and would like to transfer your registration to a colleague we are happy to assist in this process if you email info@homecarehospicecolorado.org.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

If you made hotel reservations for the original conference in May, they will automatically be cancelled by the hotel and all deposits will be refunded. If you have not seen the refund come through, please reach out to the hotel at the below number. Please note, if you booked outside of the conference room block by mistake your room will not be cancelled and you will have to call and cancel it at the number below.

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

We would like to extend the same options as we have offered registered attendees, please see the options below and please reach out if you have any questions. Again, thank you for your support and partnership through this shift in our Annual Conference.

  1. Transfer of exhibit booth to the Fall Dates of October 15-16, 2020 – We will automatically transfer all exhibit/sponsorships to the Fall to the new dates
  2. Cancellation of Exhibit/Sponsorship – If you would like to cancel your booth or sponsorship you may email info@homecarehospicecolorado.organd we will be giving full refunds to those that request it, you must already be registered by March 18th, 2020 to receive the refund
  3. If you are not able to attend the fall dates and would like to transfer your registration to a colleague we are happy to assist in this process if you email info@homecarehospicecolorado.org.
